Mango Mango’ VEGAN Fruit Dip
1 oz of ‘Mango Mango’ Mango Preserves
1 oz of softened vegan cream cheese

Ounce for ounce, spoon for spoon, one to one. In a bowl, mix together the desired amount of ‘Mango Mango’ and vegan cream cheese until well blended. Use a hand mixer for the creamiest texture.

‘Mango Mango' Ginger UNShrimp Oyster Mushroom VEGAN Recipe
1 1/2 pound Oyster Mushrooms
1 garlic cloves minced
4 green onions finely chopped

3 tablespoons of ’Mango Mango’ Mango Preserves
1/4 teaspoon of Jammin' Ginger PARTY Mix (add more to taste)

In a medium bowl or large ziploc-style bag, toss the oyster mushrooms and mango preserve  together making sure that the mushrooms are covered. In a pan with a little olive oil sauté the mushrooms, garlic, green onions, preserves and a sprinkle  of Jammin' Ginger PARTY Mix; add more spice for more kick if needed. Instead of the pan, the oyster can also be grilled.
The Mango Ginger UNShrimp can be either an appetizer or an entree. As an appetizer, eat them like popcorn shrimp or on a kabob with other veggies or in a lettuce wrap. As an entree, kick up your breakfast a notch and add them to grits. You can add sliced onions, sliced bell peppers, even carrots and serve over rice. They can also be added to your stir fry or mixed with a vegan pasta dish.

‘Mango Mango’ Glazed Roasted Asparagus VEGAN Recipe

1 pound asparagus spears, trimmed
Olive Oil
2 tablespoons ‘Mango Mango' Mango Preserves
1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
1/8 teaspoon Jammin Ginger PARTY Mix


Preheat oven to 400º, Place asparagus spears on a foil-lined pan coated with olive oil. Combine  'Mango Mango' Mango Preserves, soy sauce, garlic, and PARTY mix; pour preserves mixture over asparagus. Toss well to coat. Bake at 400º for 10 minutes or until asparagus is crisp-tender. Serve immediately.


'Mango Mango' Lamb Meatballs November 23 2015

Lamb Meatballs with Mango Yogurt Sauce
1 pound ground lamb
¼ cup minced onions
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
¼ cup bread crumbs
1 egg, lightly beaten

Mix together lamb, onions, cinnamon, salt, pepper, bread crumbs, and egg. Form into small meatballs. Place onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 375 degrees until cooked through, time will vary depending on the size of the meatballs.

Mango Yogurt Sauce
4 ounces Greek Yogurt
2 tablespoons of 'Mango Mango' Mango Preserves
1 teaspoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoons finely chopped fresh mint
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Mix yogurt, 'Mango Mango', cilantro , mint, and cumin in a small bowl. Serve with the meatballs

'Mango Mango' Meatballs November 23 2015

'Mango Mango' Meatballs
'Mango Mango' Meatballs
9 ounces chili sauce or sriracha hot chili sauce
8 ounces of 'Mango Mango' Mango Preserves
1 1/2 pound bag of frozen meatballs 
 
Add 'Mango Mango' and chili sauce to cold crockpot.
Whisk mixture until smooth.
Pour in frozen meatballs and gently stir until all meatballs are coated in sauce.
Turn crockpot on low for 5 to 6 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Stir meatballs occasionally.
 
Serve immediately 
 
No time for the crockpot!!!
 
Bring  'Mango Mango' and chili sauce to a boil over medium heat.
ADD thawed meatballs. Stir to coat. Simmer until fully heated stirring occasionally. Serve immediately.

1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 pound bag of frozen meatballs 
 
Add 'Mango Mango', chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, & pepper to cold crockpot.
Whisk mixture until smooth.
Pour in frozen meatballs and gently stir until all meatballs are coated in sauce.
Turn crockpot on low for 5 to 6 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Stir meatballs occasionally.
Serve immediately.
